At one time, I could. But now when I try to, a pop up comes up and says %26quot;If you change a file name extension, the file may become unusable.%26quot; If I click Yes anyways, the document won't open, the picture will be deleted and the mp3 won't play in my mp3 player.
What's going on?How can I change the name to documents, pictures and mp3s I save to my computer?You can change the name..but keep the same file extension.
If you want to change the name of photo.jpg name it newname.jpg
Keep the .jpg as an extension.
