When i went to find a number to call them it says that they are closed and according to a website have changed name. I have two social security cards, they have the same number but different names. The first card has my first, middle and last name. The second card has only my middle name and las name. Anyway, all my life I have gone by middle name no one knows me by my first name, however on all my legal documents I have always used my first name (like income tax forms, other jobs, drivers license. All my references know me by my middle name, so when I go apply for a job should I just use the SS card that has my middle and last name, but what if the employer does a background check what will it show. How hard is it to change your last name?It's not hard at all. You just have to go through all the paperwork and wait 4-6 weeks for multiple steps. It's a long process, but you don't do much work. Most of the time is spent just waiting for all the paperwork to be processed. There is a fee I think. Not too much though. When your asked by any country to back up documents like Marriage, Birth Certificate etc you need to get a notarized letter with a stamp of some sort from the place they where certified, then your Embassy has to inspect it (lets say Italy for example), then translate it to their language so that a Judge can verify it official and pass a court order for your original documents to be updated, ACCEPT BIRTH CERTIFICATES, but they will do it even if Italian laws prohibit changing family name on documents for example.
So why not just visit a Embassy and askHow does a dual citizen update his country of origin about a name change from the US?you will need to go back to each country and fill in forms galore

Okay so here's the deal.
While trying to sign up with paypal on the registration page where you fill in your user information such as name/address etc. I left my computer on that page while i went to the bathroom. While i was in the bathroom my 10 year-old son put in false identification and saved it and then my son left. So after coming out of the bathroom i went back to my computer and filled in the credit card details. Once all of that was done it took me to the main page of my paypal account and it said %26quot;welcome Jhon Crap%26quot; so i asked my son and he said he put in that name for fun and also put in a fake address. Since i thought i could change the name i wasn't angry at him. But now my account is blocked and i would like to delete it but i can't since i have to begin a limitation review, BUT if I do begin a limitation review and scan my passport or a telephone bill what will happen? because on the bill it has my real name and on my paypal account it says %26quot;jhon crap%26quot; so how do i delete my account? Do you mean your PayPal account is blocked? Are they trying to verify your bank account? Call your bank and find out.
