I want to change my name on my messenger. Right now it displays my email address and I don't want that public.How do you change your name in Yahoo Messenger?Click messenger top left in the messenger window. scroll down click my contact details. make your changes, click save and close

on the messenger box, click %26quot;My Contact Details%26quot;. enter the name you want and hit Save and Close. log out and close messenger then open again to apply the changes you made. you may restart the PC if you like.
