MS Office "Authors" name change?

How do I change name of %26quot;authors%26quot; in MS Office package that is already installed on computer, so that shows name that I type? When I open the folder, it says wrong company name on the bottom tab, and changing in 'properties' does not affect it? I cannot reinstall program b/c I don't have a disc, knowing that at some point of installation you type the names, would then it be useless to try changing it now? Close the program to save the updates. You do not need to save the document.
