How do I change my name on Yahoo answers?

I want to change my name, but can't figure out how. Please help?

Also, I would like to add a real pic of me instead of my Avatar...

How do I do that?

To put a picture other than the avatar, You have to activate your Yahoo 360 account in order to do that you can go here: http://360.yahoo.com. Once you're done go click ion 'Edit my profile%26quot; and then select %26quot;Edit Personal Picture%26quot; or go here:http://upload.360.yahoo.com/edit/photos.…



You might have to go back to your Yahoo Answers account to select your Yahoo 360 picture.

erase ur present name and write the 1 u want then go to save and click it

To change your name on Yahoo Answers:



Click on your Yahoo Answers avatar/screen name to open your profile page.



Click 'Edit my Info'.



On 'Nickname', you have 3 options to change your name, select which one you want.



If you want to change your nickname, mark this 'Use another nickname', then type in the nickname you want.



Click 'Preview' then 'Ok' to save the change/s.

TO CHANGE YOUR AVATAR TO YOUR PICTURE ON YOUR YA PROFILE



(Be sure you have your favorite pictures saved on your computer: to drive:C ‘My Pictures’ folder.)



Click on this link http://360.yahoo.com/ to go to your Yahoo 360 page.



1. Click on ‘My Page’ then click ‘Edit Personal Photos’



2. Upload your picture (click on %26quot;Browse%26quot;, go to drive:C , open ‘My Pictures’ folder and select the picture you want to use.



3. Then click ‘Save’ to upload the picture.



4. Check %26quot;Set as primary%26quot; next to your picture



5. Click %26quot;Save%26quot; to finish.

Please note: You can add up to four personal images (it must be a jpeg file, either .jpg or .jpeg.) and one of these can be your Yahoo! Avatar. You can select one image to be your primary profile picture. The photos you upload will be publicly visible to everyone on Yahoo! 360°.



To display your picture in Yahoo! Answers::



1. Click on your Yahoo Answers avatar.

3. In the picture setting, select %26quot;Use my Yahoo! 360 Picture%26quot;



4. Click %26quot;Preview%26quot;



5. Click %26quot;OK’



Note: Yahoo! 360 is acting erratically most of the time, and you might not be able to display your picture right away. But this is how it is done. Sometimes it takes days or weeks, so keep on trying.
