However I forgot to do it on my vehicle registration, the SOS office didn't mention it to me when I was changing everything, and I just thought of it. What documentation do you need to change your registration, and do you have to change the title of your car as well?How do you change your name on your car registration in the state of Michigan?i live in michigan too, i wouldn't worry about the title , unless you want both names on it, because it will cost a fee to change it, when the time comes to sell it you just sign off as the name on the title
(Madden name ) I think you can do the registration next plate renewal (birthday ) with the marriage certificate
